Pacific Harbour, Serua. The pin is approximate — exact boundaries come from the survey plan, which we can obtain with the title search.
Owned outright, with no lease to renew. Roughly eight percent of Fiji is freehold, so it is scarce and priced accordingly.
Before you go any further
- Nobody at FijiDude has sighted the title document. Ask us to obtain a title search before you commit money.
- Whether a foreign buyer can hold this land has not been established. Fiji restricts foreign ownership of some residential land, and the answer depends on the title.

About this property
Undulating terrain with pristine native forest and established planted timber dating from the 1970s. Extensive ocean frontage with boat access to Frigates and the Serua Island passage. Around 15km from Pacific Harbour, 25km from the Navua commercial centre and 60km from Suva.
Access is from the main Queens Road onto an all-weather gravel road serving portions of the land. The surrounding area is rural — subsistence holdings, farmland, logging, and several eco-tourism developments including Dradras Eco Tour and Waidroka Bay Resort.
Standing millable native timber is included in the title. Logging was carried out inland above Queens Road around forty-five years ago; the valuer records the vegetation as having since replenished.
Offered by tender, not to be sold prior.
The agent's framing: fishing, diving or surfing on the doorstep. Pacific Harbour, fifteen kilometres away, is known as Fiji's adventure capital for its surf and its shark diving. Properties at this scale, on freehold, in this position are seldom offered.
Potential is described as tourism, conservation, forestry or recreation — subject to the necessary approvals, none of which have been obtained.
