About this property
Moderate to steep, densely vegetated country carrying standing millable native timber and the only waterfall in the locality. Seven kilometres from Suva CBD and minutes from Lami town.
Access is from Queens Road through an established iTaukei and Samoan community along a formed gravel road toward the foothills, then by track across the Waica creek and up rocky rainforest terrain to the waterfall.
The valuer records the waterfall as flowing less strongly than previously owing to blockages at the top, and notes it runs hard in heavy rain. Best suited, in the valuer's assessment, to eco-tourism.
