Cloud 9 Fiji — Floating Bar & Pizzeria Day Trip from Denarau

Twenty minutes off Port Denarau, moored over the Ro Ro reef, Cloud 9 is a two-level platform with nothing around it but blue water. You board a boat in the morning, and by mid-morning you are on a sundeck with a proper bar behind you and an Italian wood-fired pizza oven going. Swim off the edge, take a snorkel mask down over the reef, climb back up, order another round. Your fare includes a FJ$60 voucher to spend on food, drinks or merchandise — enough for a pizza and a few beers, and you can top it up onboard by card. There is about six hours out there, which sounds long until you are in it. Minimum age is ten, and the crowd skews adult. Bring reef-safe sunscreen; there is very little shade.
