Fiji waterfront, honestly described
Beachfront, riverside and islands. We establish tenure, lease term and transfer consent before a listing goes up — the things that decide whether a sale can complete, and the things you cannot check from another country.

Selling land? We only get paid when you do.
Fifteen percent on completion, nothing up front, and nothing if it does not sell. We do the part that costs you buyers: establishing the tenure, the remaining term and the consent position, so an overseas buyer can believe what the listing says.
- Owners — you do not need an agent to list with us. If you hold the title or the lease, bring it.
- Agents — list your waterfront stock here and reach buyers who are not in Fiji. Your commission arrangement with your vendor is yours; ours is with the sale.
- Landowning units — we work with mataqali and trustees on lease offerings, and we will not list anything the Trust Board has not been consulted on.
We list beachfront, riverside and islands only. If it is not on water we are not the right people, and we will say so rather than waste your time.
